Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in B2B data analysis to
join our B2B team. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting valuable
insights from B2B data, supporting B2B operations, and contributing to the growth and
success of our B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in
B2B data analysis and proficiency in data tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Data Analysis: Analyse B2B data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise B2B processes and strategies.
Customer Segmentation: Segment B2B customers based on behaviour, demographics,
and other relevant factors. Develop targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B
operations. Regularly report on performance and identify areas for improvement.
Data Visualization: Create informative dashboards and visualisations to communicate
complex data findings to stakeholders effectively.
Customer Behaviour Analysis: Analyse B2B customer behavior, preferences, and
feedback to enhance the customer experience and drive customer retention and growth.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market
opportunities. Provide insights to guide B2B strategic planning.
Data Cleansing and Preparation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and
preparing B2B data for analysis.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support B2B decision-making and
address specific business questions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the B2B team, including sales, account management, and
product development, to provide data-driven insights and support B2B initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize B2B data
processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Data Science.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
● 5+ years of experience in B2B data analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
● Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
● Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
● Knowledge of B2B customer behaviour analysis, segmentation, and marketing
strategies.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and presentation abilities.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
