Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst in the B2B Educational Business, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational products and services by leveraging data to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive customer success. You will collaborate closely with educational product managers, sales teams, and customer success managers to drive data-informed strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: -Analyze customer data, usage metrics, and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. – Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
Customer Performance Analysis: – Monitor and analyze customer engagement and performance metrics. – Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Sales and Marketing Support: – Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights. – Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Data Visualization: – Create informative dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data findings to cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales teams, and customer success managers.
Scenario Analysis: – Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of potential business decisions and strategies. – Make data-driven recommendations based on analysis results.
Market and Competitor Analysis: – Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. – Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Risk Management: – Collaborate with risk management teams to integrate risk assessments into data analysis. – Use qualitative insights to complement quantitative data for comprehensive risk evaluation.
Data Quality Assurance: – Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and working with data engineering teams as needed.
Data-driven Recommendations: – Provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements, customer success strategies, and business initiatives.

Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Education).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B educational business role.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B business contexts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
